Second, lots of moisture on sill plate. No snow or dirt on outside, but pools of clean water on vapor barrier. Sill plate had a 6" batt, then a section of blue board to fit between TGIs on that. Maybe just intiail drying out of crawl space, plus, there was a garden hose hooked up to pressure tank, like they had washed down walls or something. Any comments on this? |
